  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are defective.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Opened or used cosmetics (unless defective)

3. How to Return or Exchange
If you would like to return or exchange your purchase, please follow these steps:

  3. Ship the Item: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item. If it meets the eligibility requirements, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue a store credit, depending on your preference. Please allow 5-10 business days for the return to be processed.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and we will provide you with a prepaid return label for the return. We will also send you a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

5. Refunds
Once your return is processed, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, shade, or product, please contact our customer service team. If your exchange is approved, we will guide you through the process.
